Building Stronger, More Confident Young Athletes
At Taproot Personal Fitness Studio, we believe that developing strength goes far beyond building muscle. Our new YoungStars Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to help youth aged 12–17 develop the physical and mental foundations needed to thrive in sport, school, and everyday life.
This supportive and motivating training environment is specifically tailored to young athletes and active teens who want to improve their overall fitness, athletic performance, and confidence while learning healthy training habits that will benefit them for years to come.
What YoungStars Focuses On
Our program is built around five key areas of development:
Strength
Participants will learn proper movement patterns and strength-building techniques in a safe, supervised environment. Developing strength at a young age can improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build confidence.
Confidence
As young athletes become stronger and more capable, they naturally gain confidence in themselves and their abilities. Our coaches create a positive atmosphere where every participant can succeed.
Athletic Performance
Whether your child plays a team sport, competes individually, or simply wants to move better, our training helps improve speed, power, coordination, and overall athletic ability.
Mobility and Conditioning
Mobility and conditioning are essential for long-term athletic development. Sessions include exercises that improve movement quality, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
Healthy Training Habits
YoungStars teaches participants how to train safely and effectively while developing discipline, consistency, and a positive relationship with exercise.
Program Details
- Ages: 12–17 years
- Training Days: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings
- Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
To ensure every participant receives personalized coaching and attention, classes are limited to just 8 participants per session.
